Every place a dwelling place.
Every person a minister of compassion.

THE WAY OF COMPASSION

Empowered lives.
Multiplied mercy.

The Way of Compassion has grown from a simple desire: to be a church that truly sees people and responds with the heart of Jesus. Empowered Mercy is our next step — moving from provision to empowerment, so that those who receive mercy become those who carry it.

“The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor.”

ISAIAH 61:1

EMPOWERED MERCY

From mercy received
to mercy multiplied.

01

From provision to empowerment

The poor are our partners, not our projects. We’re creating environments of dignity, choice and participation.

02

From receiving to rebuilding

As people encounter mercy, they discover their God-given gifts and become ministers of compassion.

03

From touchpoints to communities

Compassion that multiplies: communities where people belong, contribute and strengthen one another.

OUR COMMUNITIES

Every place a
dwelling place.

We believe God is raising a whole house of ministers who carry His presence into the everyday places where people live, work, learn and gather.

Families & Schools

Strengthening families and creating opportunities for the next generation.

02

Seniors & Veterans

06

Generosity, resources and opportunity across our city.

FACES OF MERCY

“I came to help.
But I found so much more.”

I started volunteering at the pantry thinking I would just be helping out. It changed the way I see people, my city and even my own life.
