Leadership Sessions '22

If you are a lead pastor of your church, come to Leadership Sessions with your team. 

We are so excited to open Leadership Sessions at VA. Leadership Sessions is not a conference, it's a connection for like minded leaders who are passionate about the local church and have a vision for their cities. We already know our cities don’t need bigger churches, they do need better churches. LS is an opportunity to gather with your team and other leaders in an intimate setting as we share our journey so far in transitioning the church for the sake of the city. 

We invite you to take 1.5 days to explore paradigms and practices that can help you take the next steps as a leader to make the future better. We’ll cover restoring the foundations of worship and compassion, unlocking the uniqueness of your church and repositioning the church to bring life to your region. There will be time for meals together, Q & A with our staff team as well as ministry and impartation moments. This event is deliberately small to foster connection and ensure impact for you and your team. We can’t wait to host you this February.
