SHARING THE STORY OUTREACH TRAINING

9am - 1pm

This training day will help give you tools to help you share the story of Jesus with friends, neighbors, work colleagues and strangers. Learn how to start a conversation about Jesus, learn how to pray for unbelievers, and learn how to take a risk in sharing your story.

Mission is not a program; it’s a story that God is writing which is big enough for everyone...and it’s big enough for everything. It’s a story that started way before any of us ever engaged. The Bible says this in Matthew 28: 

“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age” (Matthew 28:19-20). 

As we step into that story, and we dare to share the story of Jesus with his authority and power on it, and we immerse others in that story, people experience hope in the culture.

Alongside some teaching from Mark Marx and others in our team, we will put what we learn into practice by heading out to the streets as part of the morning. We will take a risk together.
